Upto INR 50,000 Navratri Discounts on Cars from Hyundai, Maruti Suzuki Etc

With festival season coming up, leading automobile manufacturers are offering heavy discounts on their older variant vehicles to get their retail sales a level up. As compared to the discounts in the last festival period, it is said that the discounts have increased by 5-10% this year.

Navratri Discounts by Various Car Companies

Popular market dealers are offering heavy discounts on their automobiles as vehicle sales in this festive season contribute around 30% of the total yearly sales. Maruti Suzuki is offering INR 30,000 to 35,000 cash discount on their small car Alto and for WagonR, the discount is around INR 20,000 to 25,000. The very popular Swift is also getting discount of around INR 15,000-20,000. Celerio is also getting some great cash discounts of INR 20,000 to 22,000. Also, the cash discounts include free insurance, loyalty and exchange bonuses and government employee benefits. Other automobile manufacturers like Hyundai, Honda and Mahindra & Mahindra are also giving great discounts on their cars, this festive season. On their bestselling car, i10, Hyundai is offering major discounts in the range of INR 50,000 to 60,000 and the same for Eon. Honda is also offering discounts on their cars like Jazz and Brio of around INR 38,000 to 40,000.

Many automobile manufacturers are coming up with contests to engage their audience. In Kolkata, Maruti has launched a scheme called Magic Box in which customers can win LED television, DSLR Camera, cooking appliances and many more things. “The special discounts before Navratri are already in place and that is why you can see such high discounts on Grand i10 which is one of the best selling products in the market. Our inventory also is a little bit higher than last year so fast delivery is not going to be an issue,” said a dealer of Hyundai of Mumbai.

An executive of a leading automobile manufacturer said that the festive period this year comes at a very crucial time and we hope that volumes will come back strongly. The retail sales have been mixed during the post GST period and we have to offer increased discounts to get the customers back. Also the vehicles prices have increased so discounts have been increased.
