Toyota Yaris Ativ Price in India with Mileage, Launch Date and Important Features.

Toyota is already a well-established player in SUV and MPV market segment in India. However they haven’t been able to make a mark in the car segment under 10 Lakhs Rupees. In a fresh attempt to make an impact in this segment, Toyota is considering to introduce a premium sedan the Toyota Yaris Ativ in India.

Toyota has finally adopted an aggressive new car strategy to introduce a brand new name to the Indian market. Since Toyota Yaris Ativ has no predecessor, the curiosity in the minds of consumer about new car will be the trump card.

Aesthetics and Features of Toyota Yaris Ativ

Yaris Ativ gets a wide grille on the front bumper. Also, LED daytime running lamps on each side to complement it. The new sedan looks like a face-lifted Corolla which makes it appear visually premium. The doors get lines running through the sides and chrome bits on handles. The rear portion sports big tail lamps, led lights and curvy boot lid.

The expected features of Yaris Ativ includes Multi-function Steering Wheel, Integrated Audio system with touchscreen interface. It also has ABS and EBD, Airbags, Reverse Parking Sensors with Camera and Alloy wheels.

While there is no confirmation about the exact engine, we expect the Indian version of Yaris to be powered by two engine options – A 1.2 L Petrol and a 1.4 L Diesel. Both the engines may come with CVT-I transmission gearbox.


Toyota is speculated to launch this amazing car in July 2018. The expected pricing for Toyota Yaris Ativ is will be in range of 7-9 lakhs, thus competing against the likes of Hyundai Elite i20, Honda Jazz and Maruti Baleno.
